Property was pleasant, with competent staff and marvellous location to the Cergy Prefecture mall & train station. Location: the hotel was not far from a lovely harbour with plenty of restaurants as well as the delightful marina of Cergy, where there's a good range of bars and restaurants.

Fire alarm activated at 4am and we had to evacuate our room as a result. Found the fire escape to be very narrow and hard to negotiate with my young son in my arms. It took us out onto the side of the hotel that was totally enclosed by trees/fence and there were no direction to explain how to get out. Staff explained that the alarm was an error in the system perhaps. Once again the staff were very helpful (the night manager).

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was incredibly convenient, as it was just a short walk from the train station, making it easy for me to explore the area. The hotel itself offered excellent amenities, including a full gym next door, perfect for those looking to stay active during their stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I needed a baby bed for my last-minute reservation. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and taken care of.

We had a pleasant surprise when we arrived at Mercure. The front foyer was welcoming, and the staff were very friendly on check-in. Our room was basic but very clean, and the bathroom and toilet were also spotless. We were pleasantly surprised to find free toiletries in the room. Despite the nearby railway line, we didn't hear any noise that bothered us. The breakfast, although nothing special, was adequate. The waitresses were very friendly, and we could order orange juice and hot chocolate. The hotel was a good base for our visit to Disneyland, and we enjoyed our day there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
